Ingredienti
(per 12-14 crocchette)
120 di miglio cotto
20gr di porro
60gr di zucca
2 foglie di cavolo nero
2 voglie di cavolo cappuccio
1 petit swisse (o ricotta fresca)
erbe aromatiche
Preparazione
Lavate bene le verdure, pelate la zucca, tagliate il tutto a pezzeti picoli (o passate velocemnte nel mixer).
Stessa cosa per le erbe aromatiche.
Unite le verdure e le erbe al miglio cotto, aggiungete il formaggio e mescolate.
Se il composto risulta troppo morbido aggiungete del semolino.
Formate quindi delle polpetine e schiacciatele legermente.
Coprite una teglia con carta da forno, posizionateci le crocchete e infornate il tutto a 180°C ventilato per circa 20 minuti di cui gli ultimi 5 con grill.
Servite tiepide o anche fredde.
*nota bene: le potete fare tutto l’anno cambiando le verdure all’interno!
